作者选择了４１例牙列缺损患者，为其设计并制作成无基托的可摘局部义齿（ＲＰＤＳ）．对其中的２９创作了追踪观察，效果良好。本文就无基托的ＲＰＤＳ的适应证、设计原则及患者的修复效果等方面进行了讨论。
The authors selected 41 patients with dentition defects and designed and fabricated a baseless removable partial denture (RPDS). 29 of them made a follow-up observation, the effect is good. This article is no basis for RPDS indications, design principles and patient repair effects were discussed.
