到1998年底止,株洲市共有破产企业22家。按行业分类,属于建材行业7家,机械行业6家,纺织行业4家,化工行业3家,电子和食品行业各1家。从经济性质划分,全民所有制企业16家,占72.7%;集体所有制企业6家,占27.3%。22家企业总资产为6.4亿元,负债总额为10.13亿元,负债率为158.2%;共有职工19193人。生产都处于停产状态,工人下岗。这22家破产企业已重组的20家,暂未重组的2家。20家重组企业中,有限责任公司9家,股份合作制企业
By the end of 1998, there were 22 bankruptcy enterprises in Zhuzhou City. By industry classification, belonging to 7 building materials industry, machinery industry 6, textile industry 4, chemical industry 3, electronics and food industry each one. In terms of economic nature, 16 are state-owned enterprises, accounting for 72.7%; and 6 are collective-owned enterprises, accounting for 27.3%. 22 enterprises total assets of 640 million yuan, total liabilities of 1.013 billion yuan, the debt ratio was 158.2%; a total of 19,193 workers. Production is in a state of shutdown and workers are laid off. The 22 bankrupt companies have been reorganized 20, yet to be reorganized 2. Of the 20 reorganized enterprises, there are 9 limited liability companies and joint-stock cooperative enterprises
