2014年12月,按照省里的部署,在烟台市编办的指导下,蓬莱市将食药、工商、质监三部门整合组建了市场监督管理局,并在12个镇街设置了市场监督管理所,组建了市场监管局执法大队,全面推进市场监督综合执法改革工作。一、市场监管体制改革取得的成效(一)有效地解决了多头执法、重复执法的问题一是统一一个执法机构。
