目的探讨P300/CBP相关因子(PCAF)在肝癌中的表达情况以及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化技术检测35例手术切除肝癌组织及相应癌旁肝组织中PCAF的表达情况。采用χ2检验检测PCAF蛋白的表达和临床资料间的相关性,采用Kaplan-Meier Log Rank检验进行单因素生存分析,采用Cox回归模型进行多因素分析。结果 PCAF蛋白在癌旁肝组织与肝癌组织中的表达具有显著性差异(P<0.05),并且与肿瘤TNM分期以及肿瘤转移相关(P<0.05)。COX多因素分析表明,肝癌患者术后导致较差预后的独立影响因素包括PCAF表达降低、更高的肿瘤TNM分期以及肿瘤转移。结论肝细胞癌中的PCAF表达下调,并且与预后相关。PCAF有可能成为肝癌重要的生物学标志。
Objective To investigate the expression of P300 / CBP related factor (PCAF) in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PCAF in 35 cases of resected hepatocellular carcinoma and corresponding adjacent liver tissues. Theχ2 test was used to detect the correlation between the expression of PCAF protein and clinical data. The Kaplan-Meier Log Rank test was used to analyze the single-factor survival and the Cox regression model was used to analyze multivariate analysis. Results The expression of PCAF protein in paracancer tissues and hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was significantly different (P <0.05), and was correlated with tumor TNM stage and tumor metastasis (P <0.05). COX multivariate analysis showed that the independent prognostic factors of postoperative liver cancer patients include independent factors such as decreased PCAF expression, higher TNM stage and tumor metastasis. Conclusions PCAF expression is down-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma and is associated with prognosis. PCAF may become an important biological marker of liver cancer.
