新一轮基础教育课程改革认识到,课程改革的最终效果在很大程度取决于教师的态度和参与水平,这一观念的转变不但为教师的专业发展营造了良好的外部环境,而且为教师专业发展提供了一条现实途径。本文在分析新课程背景的基础上,指出教师专业化发展应具备的能力,并在分析现有专业化发展问题的基础上提出了解决策略。
