本文报道用紫外分光光度法测定氨甲苯酸及其水针剂含量的方法,该法平均回收率为100.33%,变异系数为0.26%,结果表明此法与药典中和法比较,测定结果接近。
In this paper, the method of determining the content of trimetopriic acid and its water injection by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was studied. The average recovery rate was 100.33% and the coefficient of variation was 0.26%. The results showed that the method was close to that of the pharmacopoeia neutralization method.
