测定了8株分离于自然罹病死亡的椰心叶甲虫体绿僵菌的培养特性并采用其ITS序列进行系统发育分析,结果表明:绿僵菌在以玉米粉作碳源,牛肉膏、蛋白胨作氮源的条件下菌丝的生长速率最快,产孢量最高;绿僵菌对温度和pH的适应范围较广,最适宜的生长温度是26~28℃,pH为6~7时,菌丝生长最快,孢子量最多,绿僵菌的致死温度为55℃.基于8个菌株rDNA的ITS1-5.8S-ITS2区域序列的系统研究结果表明,8个菌株均聚在金龟子绿僵菌小孢变种(Metarhiziumanisopliae var.anisopliae)构成的分支中,明显可分成两群,HY-4、YP-6、SX-2、QH-4为一群,与标准菌株FI1091-AF135214接近,另一群为HK-5、SY-2、SS-2、WC-1,与标准菌株Mb5-EF113340接近.
