众所周知,粮油作为中国稳定社会的基础食品物资,具有重大的社会安全保障和稳定的战略作用,粮油行业被历史和现实赋予了特殊而且极其重大的意义。近年来,政府一直对相关行业如大米、食用油等实行限价政策,导致行业很难进行深度的变革,当然这也是致使粮油行业呈现低利润特点的根本原因之一。政府限价和利润低也就自然而然导致了众多粮油企业日子不是很好过,创新困难、品牌效应差、无法扩大销售区域、业务部门业绩差留不住人等经营问题
