本文通过分析棒材二车间生产的弹扁曾经存在表面划线、裂纹、宽度同条差等质量问题产生的原因,采取相应措施,提高了弹扁的质量。
In this paper, by analyzing the causes of the quality problems such as surface scribing, cracks and width difference existing in the billets produced by the second workshop of the bar, the corresponding measures are taken to improve the quality of the billets.
