神经细胞损伤与细胞内Ca~(2+)稳态失调的关系,是目前神经科学和毒理学共同关注的研究课题之一。本文从方法学角度比较了测定细胞内Ca~(2+)浓度([Ca~(2+)]_i)的主要技术,综述了近3～4年该工作的最新进展。
The relationship between neuronal damage and homeostasis of intracellular Ca 2+ homeostasis is one of the research topics currently shared by neuroscience and toxicology. In this paper, we compared the main techniques of determination of intracellular Ca 2+ concentration ([Ca 2+] _ i) from the perspective of methodology and summarized the recent progress of the work in recent 3-4 years.
