目的通过观察胆道肿瘤组织中β-连环素(β-catenin)与细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)的表达,探讨它们和胆道肿瘤发生、预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法研究33例胆囊癌,35例胆管癌中β-catenin与cyclinD1的表达特点,并结合临床资料进行统计学分析。结果10例正常的胆囊和胆管标本中β-catenin与cyclinD1均呈正常表达。而在33例胆囊癌组织中有16例(48.5%)β-catenin的异常表达和18例(54.5%)cyclinD1的过度表达;35例胆管癌组织中存在18例(51.4%)β-catenin的异常表达和16例(45.7%)cyclinD1的过度表达。在胆道恶性肿瘤中,β-catenin的表达异常和cyclinD1的过度表达与TNM分期和/或肿瘤的分化相关,而且β-catenin的异常表达与cyclinD1的过度表达相关(P<0.05)。结论在胆道恶性肿瘤组织中存在β-catenin的异常表达与cyclinD1的过度表达。β-catenin的异常表达与cyclinD1的过度表达之间的相关性提示,β-catenin/Wnt信号转导途径参与了胆道肿瘤的发生和发展。
Objective To observe the expression of β-catenin and cyclin D1 in biliary tract and to explore their relationship with the occurrence and prognosis of biliary tract tumors. Methods The expressions of β-catenin and cyclinD1 in 33 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 35 cases of cholangiocarcinoma were studied by immunohistochemistry, and the clinical data were used for statistical analysis. Results The expression of β-catenin and cyclinD1 in 10 normal gallbladder and bile duct specimens was normal. However, the abnormal expression of β-catenin in 16 cases (48.5%) and the overexpression of cyclinD1 in 18 cases (54.5%) were found in 33 cases of gallbladder carcinomas, and there were 18 cases (51.4%) of β-catenin in 35 cases of cholangiocarcinoma Abnormal expression and 16 cases (45.7%) overexpression of cyclinD1. In biliary malignant tumors, abnormal expression of β-catenin and overexpression of cyclinD1 are associated with TNM stage and / or tumor differentiation, and abnormal expression of β-catenin is associated with overexpression of cyclinD1 (P <0.05). Conclusion Abnormal expression of β-catenin and overexpression of cyclinD1 exist in the malignant tumors of biliary tract. The correlation between abnormal expression of β-catenin and overexpression of cyclinD1 suggests that β-catenin / Wnt signaling pathway is involved in the occurrence and development of biliary tract tumors.
