近十年的馆长生涯,使笔者对当好公共图书馆馆长有了较多体会,其中最大的体会是:重要的是懂业务,更重要的是懂管理,最重要是有理念。懂业务是把图书馆办得专业,懂管理是把图书馆办得经济高效,有理念是把握办馆方向,努力完成公共图书馆的使命。三个方面都自成系统,构成一个整体。但所谓“知易行难”。从几个新馆在开馆后都碰到了“熊孩子”问题所采用的几种解决方案来看,包括参与讨论的一些意见,都有可以进一步完善的地方。图书
