这本论文集是根据中国电子学会常务理事会关于“1982年秋季召开中国电子学会第三届学术年会”的决定而编辑出版的。它所收录的论文,都是在中国电子学会所属各专业学会复审后择优推荐的基础上,由主持其事的论文委员会最后审定的。论文集内容十分丰富,几乎涉及到现代电子科学技术的各个方面,回答或提出了许多我国电子学界共同关心的问题。从编排上区分,计有如下三大类:1.综述评论类论文其中绝大多数是广为学术界、工程界和教育界共同关注的课题,对于开扩电子技术科研、生产、
This essay was edited and published in accordance with the decision of the Standing Council of China Institute of Electronics on the “Third Annual Academic Meeting of China Institute of Electronics in Autumn 1982”. The papers it contains are all finalized by the essay committee which presides over the research on the basis of the preferential recommendation after reviewing the professional societies affiliated to the China Institute of Electronics. The content of the essay is rich in content, covering almost all aspects of modern electronic science and technology, answering or putting forward many issues of common concern in China's electronics industry.
