在世纪之交、千年转换的特殊时代,在我国新一轮改革高潮的形势下,教育作为社会经济发展的基础工程和决定人类未来命运的伟大事业,如何把握机遇,迎接挑战,在社会进步中充分发挥其不可替代的重大作用,这是时代要求我们作出的思考和反应。由中国未来研究会倡导支持,中国未来研究会教育分会筹备会于1992年6月1日至3日在内蒙古赤峰市元宝山区召开。来自全国16个省、市、自治区23个单位的36名代表出席了这次会议。会议收到了11个省、市、自治区有关单位和个人的信函、电报、电话祝贺。教育分会由中国未来研究会和中央教育科学研究所共同倡议发起,委托中央教育科学研究所教育战略研究室筹备。筹备会委托赤峰市元宝山区山前乡承办,由市教科所和山区农村教育研究所协办,得到了市区乡各级党政领导和有关单位的大力支持。筹备会
At the turn of the century and the special millennium conversion, under the new round of reform climax in our country, education, as a fundamental project of social and economic development and a great undertaking for deciding the future and destiny of mankind, seizes opportunities and meets challenges in the process of social progress To give full play to its irreplaceable role is the thinking and reaction that the times have asked us to make. Sponsored by China Future Research Association, the preparatory meeting for the Education Branch of China Future Research Association was held in Yuanbaoshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia from June 1 to June 3, 1992. Thirty-six representatives from 23 units in 16 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China attended the meeting. The conference has received letters, telegrams and telephone congratulations from relevant units and individuals of 11 provinces, cities and autonomous regions. The Education Branch was initiated by China Future Research Association and the Central Institute of Education and Science and commissioned by the Institute of Education Strategy of the Central Institute for Educational Research. The preparatory meeting was entrusted by Shanqian Township, Yuanbaoshan District, Chifeng City. It was jointly organized by the Municipal Education Office and the Institute of Rural Education in Mountainous Areas, and was strongly supported by party and government leaders and relevant units at all levels of urban and rural areas.
