全国打击发票犯罪专项行动2010年1月至10月开展以来,公安机关共立案查处发票犯罪案件3205起,抓获犯罪嫌疑人5134名,捣毁制、售假发票窝点1045处,打掉职业犯罪团伙664个,缴获假发票8025万份,避免了巨额税款流失,阻止大量假发票流向社会。同时,配合税务机关查处利用假发票偷逃税款案件552起,抓获犯罪嫌疑人540名,协助挽回税款损失3.4亿元,深入整治了假发票的“买方市场”……
National Anti-Invoice Crimes Campaign Since January 2010 and October 2010, the public security authorities have investigated and dealt with 3,205 criminal invoices for criminal investigations, arrested 5,144 criminal suspects, destroyed 1,045 dens and fake invoices, destroyed professional criminal gangs 664 Months, seized 80.25 million copies of fake invoices, avoided the huge tax loss and prevented a large amount of fake invoices from flowing to the society. At the same time, we cooperated with the tax authorities to investigate and deal with 552 tax evasion cases with fake invoices, arrested 540 suspects, helped to recover the tax losses of 340 million yuan, and thoroughly rectified the “buyer’s market” of fake invoices.
