笔者和《明史》界的的十几位朋友,自2007年以来一起做点校本《明史》校勘记的修订工作。这项工作基本遵循了20世纪50年代至70年代先师郑天挺先生领导南开大学明清史研究室诸位先生点校《明史》时规定的校勘诸原则和具体办法,在原有的基础上,对原有校勘记进行了复核、修订。郑先生等在点校《明史》时所规定的诸原则中,最主要的一条是把重点放在“校史”上,即主要工作为利用本校和他校的办法,将《明史》中的史实失误(包括时间、地点、人名、史事等内容之失误),寻找出来,加以改正或指出。至于利用万斯同《明史》、王鸿绪《明史稿》
The author and a dozen friends in the “Ming History” world have worked together to revise the school-based “Ming History” collation since 2007. This work has basically followed the principles and specific measures for collation stipulated by Mr. Zheng Tianting, a teacher from the 1950s to the 1970s, who presided over the “History of the Ming Dynasty” at the Ming and Qing Dynasties Research Office of Nankai University. On the basis of the original, A collation has been reviewed, revised. Among the principles set forth by Mr Cheng at the point of “Ming History,” the most important one is to focus on “school history”, that is, the main work is to use the methods of our school and other schools to replace the “Ming History” Historical facts (including the time, place, name, history and other mistakes) to find out, to be corrected or pointed out.
