用棉籽壳瓶栽猴头,不仅原料成本高,且菌丝往往不能长到瓶底,后劲不足,一般只采收1～2潮菇,第二潮菇只占总产的25%。为此,我们于1986年秋和87年春进行了木屑瓶栽猴头菇配方试验,现将结果简报如下:(一)试验配方①干柞木屑78%,麦麸20%;②鲜柞木屑78%,麦麸20%;③鲜柞木屑49%,棉籽壳49;④杂木屑78%,麦麸20%;⑤棉籽壳98%。各配方均加石膏粉、红糖各1%。我地因饲养柞蚕,柞树资源丰富。供试的干柞木
