将脉冲电流应用于过共晶铝硅合金的凝固过程中,通过改变脉冲电流参数(如峰值电流、脉冲占空比、脉冲频率),研究了各个参数对过共晶铝硅合金凝固组织及性能的影响。实验结果表明,脉冲电流对过共晶铝硅合金凝固组织的细化效果明显;经过脉冲电流处理后,合金试样的显微硬度、布氏硬度均得到很大提高,力学性能明显改善。
The pulse current was applied to the solidification process of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy. The influences of various parameters on the microstructure and properties of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy were studied by changing the parameters of the pulse current (such as peak current, pulse duty cycle and pulse frequency) Impact. The experimental results show that the pulsed current has obvious refining effect on the solidification microstructure of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy.
