目的:优选超声波辅助提取连翘中总黄酮的工艺参数。方法:采用单因素和正交试验进行超声波辅助提取连翘总黄酮,以紫外分光光度法测定连翘总黄酮的吸光度,标准曲线法计算含量。结果:最佳工艺条件为65%乙醇60℃超声提取10 min,连翘总黄酮的平均质量分数为2.58%。结论:优化工艺简单,稳定,高效,可行。
Objective: Ultrasound-assisted extraction of total flavonoids in Forsythia in the process parameters. Methods: Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Forsythia suspensa was carried out by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The absorbance of total flavonoids of Forsythia suspensa was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The content was calculated by standard curve method. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ultrasonic extraction of 65% ethanol at 60 ℃ for 10 min, the average mass fraction of total flavonoids in Forsythia suspensa was 2.58%. Conclusion: The optimization process is simple, stable, efficient and feasible.
