职业教育是以就业为导向的教育,从学生入学的第一天起学校便向其灌输爱岗敬业的思想。但人的全面发展却不能止步于拥有维持生计的一技之长,还应具有丰富闲暇生活、充实精神世界的能力。鉴于此,本文从职业教育入手,对职业教育与闲暇教育作出简要概述,阐述我国目前的职业教育现状及发展目标,提出在职业教育体系中不应忽视闲暇教育的意义。惟其如此,才能将敬业与乐生较好地结合起来,从而实现人的全面发展,践行教育的终极目标、提升人的生命质量。
Vocational education is employment-oriented education. From the first day of schooling, the school instills in it the ideas of dedication and dedication. However, people’s all-round development can not stop at having the skills to make a living, but also enrich their leisure life and enrich their spiritual world. In view of this, starting from vocational education, this article gives a brief overview of vocational education and leisure education, expounds the current status and development goals of vocational education in our country, and puts forward that we should not neglect the significance of leisure education in the vocational education system. Only in this way can professionalism and happy life be better integrated, so as to realize the all-round development of people, practice the ultimate goal of education, and improve people’s quality of life.
