人性化服务在剖宫产术中的应用

目的:探讨实施人性化服务在剖宫产术中的临床效果。方法:选取接受剖宫产患者228例按手术先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各114例,对照组按常规实施传统的服务护理模式,观察组除常规护理外还实施人性化服务护理模式。比较两组患者的术中焦虑状况、术中生命体征变化情况及对服务的满意度。结果:观察组SAS评分和焦虑率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术中生命体征变化较对照组平稳,患者满意度增加。结论:术中的人性化服务能有效减轻术中患者的焦虑,使患者手术中生命体征平稳,手术顺利完成。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of humanized service in cesarean section. Methods: A total of 228 patients undergoing cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group (114 cases) and control group (114 cases) according to the order of operation. The control group was given conventional service nursing mode. Conventional nursing service . Intraoperative anxiety status, changes of vital signs and satisfaction with service were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of SAS and anxiety in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The changes of vital signs in the observation group were more stable than those in the control group, and the patients’ satisfaction increased. Conclusion: Intraoperative humane services can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients during surgery, so that the patient’s vital signs during surgery were stable and the operation was successfully completed.
