目的:确定微波辅助提取花生衣中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法:以花生衣为原料,考察不同提取方法、微波辅助功率及提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比和提取次数对花生衣中总黄酮提取率的影响。结果:在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交试验,优化了总黄酮的提取条件:微波辅助提取法较好,提取功率为690 W,最佳提取时间为40 s,乙醇浓度为55%,料液比为1∶20,总黄酮提取率达3.18%。结论:微波辅助提取法操作简单,提取率较高,可用于快速提取花生衣中总黄酮。
Objective: To determine the optimum conditions for the microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from peanut clothing. Methods: The effects of different extraction methods, microwave-assisted power, extraction time, ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times on the extraction of total flavonoids from peanut clothing were studied. Results: On the basis of single factor experiments, the extraction conditions of total flavonoids were optimized by orthogonal experiments: microwave assisted extraction method was better, the extraction power was 690 W, the best extraction time was 40 s, the ethanol concentration was 55% The ratio of solid to liquid is 1:20, the extraction rate of total flavonoids is 3.18%. Conclusion: The microwave-assisted extraction method is simple and has a high extraction rate, which can be used for rapid extraction of total flavonoids from peanut clothing.
