通过Gleeble 热模拟实验,研究了加热温度,压下率、变形温度和冷却速度对08Al 钢Ar3 和Ar1 点的影响,得出了08Al 钢热连轧生产中温度制度的最佳控制范围,即在保证加热质量的前提下,加热温度应控制在1200 ~1250 ℃;终轧温度控制在约900 ℃;轧后冷却速度应为30 ℃/s 左右。
The effects of heating temperature, reduction ratio, deformation temperature and cooling rate on the Ar3 and Ar1 points of 08Al steel were studied by Gleeble thermal simulation. The optimal control range of temperature in 08Al steel was obtained, that is, To ensure the quality of the premise of heating, the heating temperature should be controlled at 1200 ~ 1250 ℃; finishing temperature control at about 900 ℃; cooling rate after rolling should be about 30 ℃ / s.
