金属极化是输电管线材料发生腐蚀的重要原因。本文以X70钢为研究对象,通过实验分析了不同交流电流密度下该材料的化学行为及表面形态,分析了交流电干扰对该材料腐蚀行为的深层机理,总结了X70钢发生腐蚀的根本原因。
Metal polarization is an important cause of corrosion of transmission line materials. In this paper, X70 steel is taken as the research object. The chemical behavior and surface morphology of the material at different AC current densities are analyzed experimentally. The deep mechanism of the AC interference on the corrosion behavior of the material is analyzed. The fundamental causes of X70 steel corrosion are summarized.
