发展经济学的对象,是1980年人均产值不超过2,000美元的各国的经济结构和运转情况。本文准备探讨的主要问题,在于了解是否需要为那些1980年人均收入低于2,000美元的国家提出不同的经济理论。事实上,这就是要考虑这些国家在行为和结构上与较富裕国家之间的区别是否大到需要提出不同的概念才能理解它们的运转情况。
The object of development economics is the economic structure and operation of all countries in 1980 whose per capita GDP does not exceed 2,000 U.S. dollars. The main issue to be explored in this article is to understand whether different economic theories need to be put forward for countries that have per capita incomes of less than $ 2,000 in 1980. In fact, this is to consider whether the differences in behavior and structure between these countries and the richer countries are so great that they need to come up with different concepts to understand their functioning.
