1988年10月至1996年2月，我院共收治卵巢颗粒细胞瘤11例，占同期收治卵巢恶性肿瘤182例的6．04％，均为病理证实，与文献报告一致。临床资料：年龄26—68岁，平均47岁。已婚10例，未婚1例。月经失调3例，腹痛、腹部肿物6例，停经1例，绝经后阴道出血1例。治疗：1．以手术为主，
From October 1988 to February 1996, 11 cases of ovarian granulosa cell carcinoma were treated in our hospital, accounting for 6.04% of the 182 cases of ovarian malignant tumors in the same period, all of which were confirmed by pathology and consistent with the literature.
