目的：探讨无创双水平气道正压通气（Bi PAP）对老年心力衰竭患者心功能及血浆N端前体脑钠肽（NT-pro BNP）水平的影响。方法：选取某院收治的126例急性左心衰患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例,对照组给予面罩或鼻导管吸氧,观察组给予Bi PAP呼吸机。比较2组患者治疗前及治疗后临床疗效、心肺功能及NT-pro BNP水平等方面的差异。结果：治疗后临床总有效率观察组（98.41%）高于对照组（88.89%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者Pa O2,SV,
