文内叙述了605i2Mn钢用于制造板弹簧所进行的高温形变热处理试验。试验探讨了形变量,淬火前停留时间,回火,喷丸等对钢的组织结构和机械性能的影响,其结果表明形变热处理有着良好强化效果,并在回火之后有良好的“遗传性”。从而使钢获得较高的强韧性,特别是显著地提高了强度和疲劳强度。同普通热处理相比低温回火的强韧化效果更为显著。形变热处理所获得的马氏体形态与形变量、淬火前停留时间有关,正确的工艺即是605i2Mn钢也能得到板条状马氏体,高温快速回火,喷丸处理能进一步发挥形变热处理的效果,这是本文提出的重要结论。试验结果为形变热处理应用于生产提供了重要的工艺参数。
The article describes the 605i2Mn steel used in the manufacture of plate springs for high temperature deformation heat treatment test. The effects of deformation amount, residence time before quenching, tempering and shot peening on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel were investigated. The results show that the deformation heat treatment has good strengthening effect and good “hereditary” after tempering ". This results in a higher strength and fatigue resistance of the steel, especially significantly.
