合金AЛ4广泛用于受力条件下的复杂铸件(汽缸体、燃油泵壳体、箱体等)。 本文研究了下列成分的三种合金1、2、3:硅分别为10.25、10.15、10.35%;铁分别为0.42、0.42、0.68%;镁分别为0.18、0.17、0.17%;锰分别为0.43、0.36、0.43%;其余为铝。 按ГОСТ2685-63,在硬模中铸造了试样,以确定铸态和热处理状态下铁和锰含量对合金AЛ4的影响,试样按ГОСТ1497-73进行拉伸试验,硬度HB按ГОСТ9012-59
Alloy AЛ4 is widely used in complex castings under stress conditions (cylinder block, fuel pump housing, cabinet, etc.). In this paper, three alloys 1, 2, 3 with the following composition are studied: silicon is 10.25,10.15,10.35% respectively; iron is 0.42,0.42,0.68%; magnesium is 0.18,0.17,0.17% respectively; manganese is 0.43, 0.36, 0.43%; the balance is aluminum. According to ГОСТ2685-63, a sample was cast in a hard mold to determine the influence of the iron and manganese contents on the alloy AЛ4 in the as-cast and heat-treated condition. The tensile test was carried out on the sample according to ГОСТ 1497-73. The hardness HB was measured according to ГОСТ9012-59
