当前是“十二五”全面建设小康社会的关键时期,也是检察工作继往开来、创新发展的重要时期。检察机关要在服务经济社会发展大局的过程中实现自身创新发展,就必须以深化三项重点工作和建设“幸福广州、幸福从化”为着力点,以强化法律监督、强化自身监督、强化高素质检察队伍建设为总体要求,认真落实检察体制和工作机制改革各项工作,全面提高检察工作科学发展水平。笔者就如何科学开展检察工作做简要研究。
