本文主要调查分析了山东地区中小学音乐教育的现状,并对其基层的中小学校音乐教学的师资现状进行了考证,这在山东地区的有实际工作能力、社会所需等的基础教育音乐人才的培养中的借鉴意义非常大。同时,通过调查分析而得出的结论为其课程结构的优化调整、高师音乐教育专业的教学改革等提供了有力的根据,而且也有利于全国高师音乐教育的改革。
