为解决传统故障树法在复杂机电产品的故障分析过程中存在不确定性问题,将集对分析技术引入故障分析过程,建立了集对分析理论与故障树相结合的故障分析模型,推导了该模型中常用的逻辑门集对算子并给出了模型的基本分析流程。以某型号磨齿机配置的液压系统为例,建立了液压系统元器件故障的集对故障树模型,计算了故障发生的可能性区间。结果表明:该方法的应用简便、有效,为产品故障分析过程提供了新的思路。
In order to solve the problem of uncertainty in the fault analysis of complex mechanical and electrical products, the traditional fault tree method is introduced into the fault analysis process, and the fault analysis model based on the set pair analysis theory and fault tree is established. The common set of logic gate pairs in the model gives the basic analysis flow of the model. Taking a hydraulic system equipped with a model gear grinding machine as an example, a set fault tree model of hydraulic system components is established, and the probability interval of fault occurrence is calculated. The results show that the method is simple and effective and provides a new idea for product failure analysis.
