通过对2010年8月24日伊春林都机场特大飞行事故成因的分析,总结出该事故留给民航气象观测的启示:从加强工作责任心,认真执行民航地面观测规范,扎实做好复杂天气的观测,及时准确地发布特殊天气报告、主动做好天气信息通报,加强疑难天气的观测,加强低能见度的观测和报告,加强拂晓和黄昏时天气的观测,加强业务学习等,积极做好民航地面气象观测工作。
