2016年1月15日,中国感光学会视频侦查技术与特种照相专业委员会成立大会在中国刑事警察学院举行。学院院长郝宏奎,副院长单大国、袁广林,公安部刑侦局技术处副处长牛勇出席大会,来自全国公、检、法,司法、国安、保密、公安院校、研发团队的专家学者、技术人员共70余人参加了大会。会上,袁广林副院长代表学院全体师生向来自全国各地的刑事科学技术专家、院校学者以及相关领域的科研团队表示欢迎,希望本次会议能够更好地促进学院与有关单位的交流,共同推动专家学者与一线实战人员间的合作,迅速应对该领域出现的新情况。
