分离垂直性偏斜(Dissociated Vertical Deviation简称DVD)是非注视眼上斜视或外旋斜视。可自然表现出偏斜或在遮盖某眼时出现。许多作者一致认为,治疗DVD是手术矫正,如果DVD未影响美容,可不做处理,对大度数DVD手术仅是美容上的矫正。文献中引证了不同的手术方法:Jampolsky介绍在DVD病人单眼或双眼作上直肌大量徙后术(10～16mm),Parks和Sargent介绍下直肌最多切除8mm。其他作者提出做垂直肌中等量手术,用后固定缝线加强标准的上直肌徙后术;也有人介绍单纯上直肌后固定缝线
Discrepancy Vertical Deviation (Dissociated Vertical Deviation referred to as DVD) is non-gaze strabismus or epicanthus. It may naturally appear skewed or appear when covering an eye. Many authors agree that the treatment of DVD is a surgical correction, if the DVD does not affect the beauty, without treatment, the majority of DVD surgery is only a cosmetic correction. Different methods of surgery have been cited in the literature: Jampolsky (16- 16 mm), a reimplantation of the rectus abdominis in monocular or binocular DVD patients, and up to 8 mm in rectus muscle introduced by Parks and Sargent. Other authors proposed to do a moderate amount of vertical muscle surgery, after the use of fixed suture to strengthen the standard upper rectus muscle resettlement; also introduced simple upper rectus muscle fixed suture
