近百年来,国内外采掘工业凿岩工程用中空钎钢,只有正六边形(Hexagon)和圆形(Round)两种。六边形钎钢的名义内切圆直径系列为:H19、H22、H25、H28、H32、H35、H38、H45、H48mm;圆形钎钢的名义直径为:D32、D38、D45、D51mm。本文提出并论证了与正六边形系列钎钢外接圆直径相同的正七边形(Heptagon熏代号Q)、正八边形(Octagon熏代号B)、正九边形(Enneagon熏代号J)等三个新型中空钎钢系列即眼Q演、眼B演、眼J演19、22、25、28、32、35、38、45、48mm新型中空钎钢,尤其是带奇数边的正七、正九边形中空钎钢,将比原用正六边和圆形中空钎钢具有更好的抗断裂和抗弯曲能力,因而更有利于提高凿岩用硬质合金整体钎子和钎杆的使用寿命。
