本文从德国的竞争政策和国际竞争政策的角度出发,梳理了德国《反垄断法》与《反不正当竞争法》的脉络和体系,介绍了上述两部法律中的重要条文及其在司法实践中的应用,并从欧盟一体化的角度探讨了德国《反垄断法》与《反不正当竞争法》的新近发展。
From the perspective of German competition policy and international competition policy, this article combs the context and the system of Germany’s Anti-Monopoly Law and Anti-Unfair Competition Law, introduces the important provisions of the above two laws and their application in judicial practice And explores the recent development of German Anti-Monopoly Law and Anti-Unfair Competition Law from the perspective of EU integration.
