“领导关乎成败。”这句话同样适合于销售工作。尤其是在竞争愈益激烈、市场变得日益复杂的情况下,加强对销售业务的领导,就显得越来越重要了。近年来,一批知名的企业纷纷在竞争中落马,人们从各个方面总结这些企业的成败得失,但有一点不能忽视,就是这些企业销售领导力弱。正因为如此,提升销售领导力,对于企业销售业绩的增长和销售战略的实现,就显得相当重要了。
“Leadership is about success or failure.” The same statement applies to sales. Especially in the increasingly competitive environment, the market has become increasingly complex circumstances, to strengthen the leadership of the sales business, it is more and more important.
