根据砖瓦机械中一些易磨损件的工况条件,选择高速钢(W_(18)Cr_4V)作为堆焊合金成分.并将复合变质剂引入到焊条药皮中,结果发现,在焊态下堆焊层组织中原有连续网状碳化物被孤立破碎成细小的不规则块状,从而显著提高了堆焊层的韧性和抗裂性.把其应用在砖瓦机械的易磨损件上,可大幅度提高工件使用寿命,降低生产成本.
According to the working conditions of some wearable parts of the tile machinery, high-speed steel (W_(18)Cr_4V) was selected as the alloy composition of the surfacing alloy, and the compound modifier was introduced into the sheath of the welding rod. As a result, it was found that the pile was in the as-welded state. The original continuous mesh carbide in the weld layer structure is isolated and broken into small irregular blocks, which significantly improves the toughness and crack resistance of the surfacing layer. It can be applied to the wear parts of the brick and tile machinery and can be large. Increase the service life of workpieces and reduce production costs.
