一、信息化与工业化的关系农业仍然是国民赖以生存、经济赖以发展的基础,工业仍然是满足人们多样化物质需求的供给线,但是在现代技术环境中,我们不应该再用传统方式发展农业和工业,急需要构筑一个集约化服务平台,使劳动者站在直接生产过程之外,利用信息的自组织力量,创造比直接扩展工农业更高的社会生产效率.我们不应重复发达国家先工业化、后信息化的传统道路,而应该明确走工业化、信息化互补共进,用信息化带动工业化的后发优势之路.
I. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INFORMATION AND INDUSTRIALIZATION Agriculture is still the basis for the survival of the nation and its economic development. Industry is still the supply line to meet the diverse needs of people. However, in the modern technological environment, we should not use traditional methods In order to develop agriculture and industry, there is an urgent need to build an intensive service platform so that workers stand outside the direct production process and make use of the self-organizing power of information to create higher social productive efficiencies than directly expanding industry and agriculture. The country should first industrialize and post-informationize the traditional way, but should clearly define the path of industrialization and informationalization that complement each other and use informationization to promote the backward advantages of industrialization.
