Recently, Yunnan Salinization Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. signed a major asset replacement framework agreement. According to the agreement, Yunnan Yanhua will replace its natural gas assets of Yunnan Energy Investment Group with its controlling shareholder, Yunnan Energy Investment Group, equivalently for its chlor-alkali chemical business. The balance of the replacement will be partially paid by Yunnan Energy Investment Group to the Company by cash.
