消化性溃疡临床路径标准住院流程适用对象第一诊断为消化性溃疡或消化性溃疡伴出血(ICD-10:K25-K27)。诊断依据根据《临床诊疗指南-小儿内科分册》(中华医学会编著,人民卫生出版社)、《诸福棠实用儿科学(第7版)》(人民卫生出版社)。
The first diagnosis of peptic ulcer disease or peptic ulcer associated with bleeding (ICD-10: K25-K27) was the first-line diagnosis of peptic ulcer clinical pathways. Diagnosis based on “Clinical Guide - Pediatric Internal Medicine Volume” (Chinese Medical Association, People’s Medical Publishing House), “Zhu Fu Tang Practical Pediatrics (7th Edition)” (People’s Health Publishing House).
