《使用有毒物品作业场所劳动保护条例》已经于2002年5月12日颁布实施，作为实施《职业病防治法》的配套行政法规，本条例对于规范使用有毒物品作业场所的劳动保护具有重要意义。本文从条例的出台背景、立法定位、几个特别的法律制度和规定、条例的几个特点等方面进行简要介绍。
The Labor Protection Ordinance of the Place of Use of Poisonous Substances was promulgated on May 12, 2002. As an auxiliary administrative law implementing the Law of Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, the present Regulations are of great significance to the standardization of the labor protection of the places where toxic substances are used. This article introduces the background of the regulations, the legislative position, several special legal systems and regulations, several characteristics of the regulations and so on.
