目的：解决人用布氏菌素的非特异反应问题。方法：用三氯醋酸和硫酸铵从布氏菌菌液中制备了富含蛋白（９５％以上）的布氏菌素。结果：经多次动物试验证明，该菌素具有良好的变态反应原性，其特异性和敏感性与参考标准品完全一致。结论：实验研究结果显示，该制品为纯度高、质量好、易标化的新型布氏菌病诊断制剂。
OBJECTIVE: To solve the non-specific reaction of human Bustin. Methods: Brevibacterium rich in protein (above 95%) was prepared from Brucella by trichloroacetic acid and ammonium sulfate. Results: After many animal experiments proved that the antibiotic has good allergenicity, its specificity and sensitivity are exactly the same with the reference standard. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the product is a high purity, good quality, easy to standardization of a new diagnosis of brucellosis preparations.
