目的分析神经生长因子的两种受体TrkA和p75与乳腺肿瘤的相关性。方法回顾性分析我院2010年2月-2012年2月100例乳腺肿瘤,采用SABC免疫组织化学法进行测定神经生长因子两种受体TrkA和p75在乳腺肿瘤中的表达。结果 TrkA在44例浸润性乳腺肿瘤中有39例高表达,占88.64%;在27例良性乳腺肿瘤中有5例高表达,占18.52%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=48.75,P<0.05)。所有的恶性乳腺肿瘤均不表达p75,恶性乳腺肿瘤和良性乳腺肿瘤及正常组织表达比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=42.34,P<0.05)。结论神经生长因子的两种受体TrkA和p75与恶性肿瘤有一定的关系,可以作为乳腺肿瘤治疗的切入点。
Objective To analyze the relationship between TrkA and p75, two receptors of nerve growth factor, and breast tumors. Methods 100 cases of breast tumors in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The expression of TrkA and p75, two receptors of nerve growth factor, in breast tumors was determined by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results TrkA was highly expressed in 44 of 44 invasive breast neoplasms, accounting for 88.64%. Among 27 cases of benign breast neoplasms, 5 were highly expressed (18.52%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 48.75, P <0.05). All the malignant breast tumors did not express p75, the expression of malignant breast tumors and benign breast tumors and normal tissues, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 42.34, P <0.05). Conclusion The two receptors of nerve growth factor, TrkA and p75, have a certain relationship with malignant tumors and may serve as an entry point for the treatment of breast tumors.
