Endothelin is a strong cause of injury, studies have shown that endothelin through a series of changes in the role of hepatic hemodynamics, involved in the pathophysiology of cirrhosis. Explore the role of endothelin in cirrhosis and the corresponding mechanisms help to clarify the pathogenesis of cirrhosis and further improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cirrhosis.
