(Germany’s) cultural industries are at stake. Leave the big company’s sponsorship, the news, art, academia unsustainable. People watched as economic logic ruled the world of insight and contemplation. We are great! No, we are very great! The press shoulders the heavy responsibility of society and politics, and everybody in our newspapers must have it. Yes, we are really great! We are also clever people! Our world-class university. For hundreds of years, German has been an indispensable linguistic tool for academic research. Concentrate on philosophy, theology and literature without breaking German. Yes, we are really smart!
