健身气功是以自身形体活动、呼吸吐纳、心理调节相结合为主要运动形式的民族传统体育项目。作为高校阳光体育推广的主要内容,健身气功是弘扬民族传统文化的载体。通过对高校大学生的教学与传播,很好的传承和发扬了民族传统文化,对大学生的身心健康也有良好的影响。健康和养生是现代人们普遍关心的问题。在众多保健方法中,健身气功得到越来越多人的喜爱和认同。健身气功具有强身健体、养生康复的良好效果,这符合广大群众对健康体魄的追求。
