报道—脑膜脑炎伴有急性甲型肝炎的病例。男性,17岁,因头痛、发热、呕吐三天,于癫痫发作后神智不清入院。既往史阴性。查体:体温38℃,意识混浊,烦燥,颈强直,畏光,眼球向右偏斜,左肢体活动减弱,有轻度早期黄疸;血白细胞计数9.7×10/L,有反应性淋巴细胞,头颅CT未见异常。脑脊液检查:红细胞92/L,淋巴细胞20×10~6/L,蛋白1.14克/L,糖正常。EEG:右半球弥漫性慢波。拟诊:“单纯疱疹性脑炎”,静滴无环鸟苷治疗。
