本文就学校金工实习在教学程序、规范实习项目改进技能训练、考核体系的建立、利用学生心理、培养创新能力等方面进行深入改革所取得的教学与管理经验进行了总结与探讨。
This paper summarizes and discusses the teaching and management experience of the school metalworking practice in the aspects of teaching procedure, improvement of skills training of normative internship project, establishment of examination system, utilization of students’ psychology and cultivation of innovative abilities.
